For those of you who didn&#8217;t, this blog entry outlines\u00a0all of the new information. Please\u00a0review the information and feel free to call our office with any questions you may have.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: small; font-family: Times New Roman;\">Out of respect to all of our patients and health care providers, our office has now established a 24 business hour cancellation policy. This courtesy on your part allows us to give the time we reserved for you to another patient who may have been waiting for an appointment. Missed or broken appointments without adequate notice will be charged to the patient\u2019s account. We understand that situations may arise that would make it difficult for you to give us 24-hour notice, therefore each occurrence will be given careful consideration. The missed or broken appoint fee is $50.00.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: small; font-family: Times New Roman;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: small; font-family: Times New Roman;\">Please be advised that our email and website and text messaging services do not accept appointment changes or cancellations.
