Why Did You Decide to Become a Dentist?

In his younger years, Dr. Plecas received a uniquely special Christmas gift: a toothbrush that was shaped like the pink Power Ranger. He thought it was the coolest thing ever, especially since he LOVED the Power Rangers at the time. He ended up keeping that toothbrush for many years, even bringing it to the United States. In fact, he somehow knew he would one day end up in healthcare ever since he received it! Over the next few years, he slowly became more and more interested in dentistry, and his future path became clear.

Where Did You Study Dentistry?

He also completed a General Practice Residency at Roudebush VA Medical Center in Indianapolis, where he focused on more extensive and medically complex cases. Today, he is a proud member of the American Dental Association and Wisconsin Dental Association.
