If you’ve had an appointment with us recently, you may have received an e-mail or text message to remind you of the day and time you are scheduled to be seen. We recently signed up with a program that will send an e-mail or text message to you directly. The response we get from most patients is great! We are hoping it is a quick and convenient way for you to confirm your appointment time without ever picking up the phone. All you have to do is click the “CONFIRM” button and we immediately receive notification that you will be at your appointment. For those patients who prefer a phone call instead, you have the option to “Opt out” of this reminder system. If you have questions about how this works, or would like to share an e-mail address with us, feel free to call us any time! As a courtesy, we also send a follow up message that gives patients the option to review the services received during the time spent here at the office.
